Give your AI a spine that explains SpineVault.
This is a real spine — the plain-text files SpineVault makes — about SpineVault itself. Your AI reads it, tells you in a few lines what a spine is, asks what you work on, and offers to draft a first spine for that.
Download it, give it to your AI, and say: Open the attached spine and follow it.
- Download the spine (zip, 45 KB)
- If your AI won't take a zip: the same spine as one plain-text file
Before you start
- Sign in to your AI first — most AIs require you to be signed in to upload a file.
- On a phone, the download lands in Files → Downloads; attach it from there.

Version r004 · 7622b3, sealed 20 October 2026. The six characters are the first six of the zip's SHA-256 — check it if you like. Each version of this spine was reviewed and sealed by its owner after a fresh AI read the one before; the files inside say what changed. Opened cold so far by ChatGPT, Grok and Kimi.
